Inside Sales Representative Position at We Shift Culture (Sports & Entertainment Division)

Position: Inside Sales Representative (Sports & Entertainment Division), Durham, NC 

 

Qualifications:

  • A passion for and knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries, coupled with a drive to achieve the success of our clients within these sectors.

  • Robust sales acumen and a proven ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the sports and entertainment markets.

  • Experience in sales, particularly within apparel, marketing, or directly in the sports and entertainment sectors, demonstrating the ability to forge strong relationships and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for engaging clients over various platforms (phone, email, virtual meetings) and presenting compelling proposals.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of trends and developments within the sports and entertainment landscapes.

  • At least one year of sales experience, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

  • Must be a self-starter

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate revenue by reaching out to potential clients within the sports and entertainment sectors, understanding their unique needs, and presenting customized solutions that spotlight We Shift Culture’s distinct services.

  • Develop and manage a healthy lead pipeline by conducting cold calls, initiating email campaigns, and capitalizing on marketing-generated leads, with a focus on the sports and entertainment industries.

  • Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft sales presentations and proposals that resonate deeply with prospective clients, drawing on specific insights and strategies relevant to sports and entertainment.

  • Stay informed about the sports and entertainment industries, including trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, to strategically position We Shift Culture in all sales conversations.

  • Meet and exceed individual goals through creative sales strategies, diligent follow-ups, and persistent pursuit of excellence.

  • Document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring efficient tracking and management of opportunities.

  • Engage in ongoing sales training and meetings to refine sales techniques, share industry-specific insights, and align with the team’s overarching goals and strategies.
